When you first join Effortless, your first 30 days are your Probationary Period! Think of it as our soft‑launch era together. It’s a chance for you to get a feel for our energy, our events, our sisterhood… and for us to see how you blend with the group, show up, and carry yourself. Because let’s be real, bringing a lot of girls together who don’t know each other can be amazing, but it also requires maturity, mindfulness, and respect.
We want a safe, positive environment where everyone feels comfortable, heard, and protected.

💗 During these 30 days:

  • You’re getting to know us… and we’re getting to know you.
  • We look for good vibes, solid communication, and respectful behavior.
  • Leadership may remove a probationary member if we feel the fit isn’t right,  and that’s okay!
  • You’re also free to step away if you feel our energy isn’t aligned with yours.

No drama, no shade. Just honesty and good intentions. 🤍✨
This period helps keep the club effortless, safe, and welcoming for every girl.

Once you complete your 30 days, you’ll step into full membership with all the perks, recognition, and sisterhood that comes with being an official Effortless babe. 💅✨
